I'm having trouble logging into my Handy customer account.

Due to a recent change to our platform, professionals can no longer create Handy bookings as customers using the same email address which is attached to their professional accounts. If you had previously logged in to the customer platform with the email attached to your professional account, we’ve logged you out of the customer platform and you won’t be able to log back in with the same email address. 

However, if you'd like to book a Cleaning or Handyman service for your home, we'd be happy to have you!

You can do so by selecting a service here and completing the booking form with any email address other than the one associated with your professional account.
