My phone is broken or missing

Sorry to hear that your smartphone is out of commission! A working smartphone is required to use the Handy platform as a professional, so until you have a new device, you won't be able to access the platform. If you have claimed jobs that you'll be unable to fulfill, please feel free to contact us. You can chat with us from the hours of 8am to 11pm ET via the blue chat icon, or email us any time using the form below. 

Once you have a new device, just revisit the directions on downloading the Handy Pro app (iOS or Android), and you'll be good to go.

If you’re still in possession of a Handy-provided device, there's no need to return it to us. Handy no longer provides devices. Feel free to keep it or donate it.
