If you’d like to work for a customer again, make sure to ask them to add you to their Pro Team. This will give you a better chance of being able to return to a customer’s future bookings, which you’ll find in the Job Requests page on the Clients tab in the Handy Pro app.
Keep an eye out on the Messages page on your Clients tab. Customers are able to message you to ask for your availability. When they move a booking to a time that works for both of you, you’ll have three hours to claim it from your Job Requests before we make it available to other pros.
