What if a customer asks me to bring a ladder?

If you’ve claimed a job where the customer indicates a ladder is required, make sure to bring one. You’ll receive an additional payment for doing so, just make sure to contact the Handy team to let us know. Please note that our insurance policy doesn’t include protection from injury due to ladders.
