If you ran into a problem while trying to submit your ID verification, make sure the materials you’re submitting meet the requirements. These include:
- the picture of yourself and your ID are crystal clear
- the photos are taken in a well-lighted place and not taken at an angle
- you’re using an approved form of ID (passport, driver’s license, government issued ID; but not school IDs or government benefits cards)
