While customers are prompted to rate you based on their evaluation of your entire service, they’re also given an opportunity to indicate specifically what you needed to do better. So, if the platform starts to notice a trend, you’ll be alerted to the specific area you need to get better at. You can view any specific feedback you've received by tapping the More tab in the Handy Pro app, and selecting Ratings & Feedback.
