It’s actually pretty easy to get high ratings from your customers. After each booking, they’re asked to give you a score from one to five stars. If you performed the service as expected, then there’s no reason not to expect a five star rating! This means showing up on time, completing everything the customer expected of you, and being friendly throughout. Nail down the fundamentals and your score will stay nice and high.
