I haven't received my batch payment

Have you completed claimed jobs and been active on the platform for a couple of weeks without receiving any payments? There are a few potential causes, including fees or your failure to arrive at a job.

If you're successfully completing jobs, you should check on your payment details. Information about payments can be found here in the Payments section in the Handy Pro app.

Batch payments include jobs completed Monday through Sunday. They're issued weekly after a week is completed and will usually reach your bank by the following Monday.

Status Definition

Paid

Your bank has accepted the batch payment. That said, banks may not choose to post those funds into your account until the end of the day or even the next day so please be patient.
In Transit Our payment processor has requested to transfer your batch payment to your account. Once your bank confirms we will send the payment.
In Review We are collecting your batch payment information and will send it out to your bank shortly once the amount is verified. 
Failed There was an error transferring your batch payment. Please visit your account page in the Handy for Pros app to make sure your payment information is correct.
