If you arrive to a booking on time, but are unable to enter the home by following your customer’s instructions and are unable to contact them, we recommend waiting a half an hour. Your customer could simply be running late, and you don’t want them to think you didn’t arrive at all.
If 30 minutes after checking in through the Handy Pro app you still haven’t heard from your customer, feel free to check-out and leave. You’ll still receive full payment for the booking, up to three hours, as long as you report the situation through the app. All you need to do is open up the job details page, tap on the Job Support menu, and select My customer isn't home. Follow the instructions there and you'll be all set!
