Oh no! When the job is close to starting, the Handy Pro app will reveal the precise location of the customer’s home. You can use this address to navigate there using the map in the Handy Pro app, or the mapping app of your choice. If you’re copying & pasting, only use the street address to make sure the app can locate the place properly. Hope that helps!

If you think you’ll be late, or suspect the address might be incorrect, please update your customer by contacting them, as it reduces the chance that they’ll give you a negative rating. In addition, if you let them know, you won’t be charged a late arrival fee.
