Timeliness is a key element of satisfying customer expectations, and it's a part of your agreement with Handy. Arriving late to a job you’ve claimed, while not as severe as a failure to arrive, still causes customer displeasure. Accordingly, if you arrive late to a job without letting the customer know, either through the On My Way feature, in app chat, calling, or texting the customer, you’ll be charged a $15 late arrival fee.
The fee is subject to change in different markets, including the UK.
