What's the insurance policy?

This policy covers Handy for certain damage caused to the customer’s property and belongings. It does not cover injuries or health issues sustained on the job.  Also, as an independent contractor, you are not eligible for workers compensation.  Because your health and safety should be your highest priority, we recommend you secure insurance for yourself as a precaution.

If your customer requests a certificate of insurance, please ask them to contact our team through the help center in the Handy app or on the web.
